Looking for secure storage for your classic car, boat, caravan or trailer then look no further. Competitive rates no item too big or too small. Needing somewhere to store your car whilst it off the road or for the winter then look no further. All items stored.

Winter tyres taking up valuable space then look no further.

Your vehicle can be stored securely inside or outside. If stored inside it will be protected by a dust cover and stored in our secured, covered and alarmed facility. If stored outside, in our secure yard without covers.

Larger items such as trailers, boats and caravans can also be stored securely in a fenced yard but will not protected by a dust cover. If requested, the car battery can either disconnected or removed by the owner, which we recommended for long term storage/immobile cars.
For an additional fee we will prepare your car for collection by pressure washing, chamois dry and we will check the tyre pressure and battery.
There is a minimum charge of one week for all items stored. Additional days thereafter will be charged at a daily rate.
Payment is required in advance and for longer stays, payment will be required monthly in advance. All payments must be made by direct debit.

Please note we do not store oversized imported caravans (e.g. Hobby, LMC etc). Only vehicles complying with UK construction and use regulations will be accepted e.g., maximum 7’6" wide (existing customers excepted, however new caravans / updates will not be accepted).

Howden Motors Storage Unit is located on the outskirts of Edinburgh at 58-64 M
ain Street, Kirkliston approximately 4 miles from Edinburgh Airport and Royal Highland Showground, Ingilston and is easily accessible from the main motorways M8 and M90.
